First up, Gary and Chuck talk with sport nutritionist Glen Tobias.     Nice simple one near the end of the podcast : “It comes down to habits. For the general public, if you’re wanting to build muscle, get in better shape or lose fat, it’s : drink more water, eat more vegetables, get some exercice and get some sleep. There’s maybe one or two other things in there, but it’s pretty simple; it’s just a matter of doing it.”

    I’m guessing time is also important because no one will see major changes in 3 months, but after 2 years the results should be impressive.
