1. I have subscribed to All-Access, but each time I click on a page that has the All-Access tab I see “To activate exclusive, ad-free All-Access content, click here.”

A: Be sure to log in. You can do this by visiting StarTalkAllAccess.com and clicking on any All-Access content (video or audio), and entering your credentials. Once logged in, content on the All-Access page (video or audio) will launch when you click on it.

2. I logged in and can’t get to All-Access or see any videos.

A: Once you sign up and log in, any video on StarTalkAllAccess.com will launch. Go right to StarTalkAllAccess.com and enjoy StarTalk! 

3. Why am I not able to view StarTalk NatGeo episodes on All-Access?

A: We co-produce the StarTalk TV show with the National Geographic Channel, and they retain rights to the videos. We get the rights to the podcast versions of the TV shows.

The NatGeo TV subscription is separate from All-Access, but NatGeo carries full current season video episodes on their website, http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/startalk/. We are working to bring you video of parts of the celebrity interviews that are not shown in the actual NatGeo episodes.

4. How do I watch with my Amazon Fire Stick?

When you first open the app, you will be asked to activate the app. Go to http://www.startalkradio.net/activate/ – log in, and enter the code that you see on your Amazon Fire. Wait a few seconds and you can then watch everything on StarTalk All-Access!

5. How do I watch with my Roku?

When you first open the app, you will be asked to activate the app. Go to http://www.startalkradio.net/activate/ – log in, and then put in the code that you see on your device. Wait a few seconds and you can then watch everything on StarTalk All-Access! 

6. How do I watch with my AppleTV?

A: Go to the App Store on your AppleTV (4th Gen and higher) and search for StarTalk All-Access. Once you download and open the app, you will be prompted to sign in with your StarTalk All-Access login. Put in that information, hit Sign In, and enjoy!

7. Is there an All-Access app that I can download on my phone? Can commercial-free podcasts be downloaded to my phone?

A: StarTalk All-Access is a streaming video service – you can only watch and listen through your web browser on a mobile device. You can also watch and listen on Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV. There is no way to download the commercial free episodes to a podcast at this time.

8. Can I give a gift subscription to StarTalk All-Access?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t have a billing/provisioning mechanism in place to order/fulfill gift subscriptions.

9. I canceled my monthly subscription and I can no longer access my All-Access service, even though I paid for a full month.

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee, however the StarTalk All-Access service is no longer accessible once a subscription is terminated. Refunds are not provided for prorated periods.

10. I am concerned about security and privacy, and do not want to provide my credit card number to obtain a StarTalk All-Access subscription.

A: You can subscribe to StarTalk All-Access with a credit card though our secure website, or via PayPal. Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order.
