The bit at about 4:30 where he talks about how “humanoid” Hollywood aliens look is something that’s been on my mind for years. THEY MIGHT NOT EVEN BE MADE OF A SOLID. Probably don’t have organs as we know them, faces, skeletons; they probably communicate through mediums we either can’t perceive or MAYBE THEY DON’T COMMUNICATE AT ALL. This auditory/visual communication junk we do is pretty inefficient. Man, Neil gets me fired up with postulations. Best. Podcast. Ever.

Great comment, Bryce. Remember how cheesy aliens used to look on early Sci-Fi? At least CGI has been good for improving alien diversity!

Going through listening to the old episodes. I LOVE the Bell House episodes, the way they all interact with smart topics is just epic!
